The problem with infection occurs when the balance of good bacteria and yeast is upset. Balance is what the natural remedies restore in order to get rid of yeast infections.
If you are feeling depressed for no apparent reason, if you are feeling restless, if you are not feeling like yourself, you should consult your doctor and have yourself tested for yeast infections. If you have blotches, red patches, or pustules on your body, you may already be infected with yeast. Do not let this go untreated because you will infect your loved ones.
Here are natural remedies to help you get rid and prevent yeast infections.
Consume probitic drinks and food. Probiotics are great to balance the body’s bacteria and yeast. Probiotics facilitate the growth of good bacteria that helps inhibit the growth of yeasts in our body. Yogurt is an example of probiotics. It can also be used as a cream that you can put on the affected area.
Just spread yogurt on the affected area. Leave it on for a bit of time. After a while, rinse it with water and non-medicated soap.
Apple cider vinegar baths can help soothe your itching and pains. Not only that, apple cider vinegar is also known to inhibit the growth of yeast in our body. That is because apple cider vinegar balances the pH of our skin. When the skin pH is balanced, the yeast is less likely to become infectious.
Put apple cider vinegar in your bath water. Soak in it for a few minutes. Rinse with water or leave it on. Apple cider vinegar will leave a sweet smell to your skin. You can also rinse with water and non-medicated soap.
